Customer Success Executive

Are you a proactive relationship builder and people connector with a quick eye for uncovering customer problems and presenting solutions? Do you have a passion for working collaboratively at the forefront of technology and life sciences convergence; helping scientists across the world to design the next generation of drugs and advanced materials? Based in the US and able to travel to key client sites, the Customer Success Executive will support CCDC’s mission by developing relationships to grow adoption of our tools and services by customers and through strategic partners. The Customer Success Executive manages the engagement with key accounts throughout the on-boarding and renewal cycle ensuring the high levels of customer retention. Engaging with business decision makers and users in pharmaceutical discovery and development the Customer Success Exec coordinates company resources to drive measurable increases in customer satisfaction. The Customer Success Executive reports to the Customer Success Manager in the UK, overseen by the US General Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Onboarding new customers and partners and integrating them into the global user community

- Increasing adoption of CCDC’s tools and services within accounts

- Identifying new customer requirements and communicating these to the business

- Coordinating company resources to drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction

- Negotiating licence agreements with customers

- Delivering presentations on CCDC services at prospective user sites and conferences

- Identifying new opportunities for CCDC solution

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in biological or chemical science, ideally with knowledge in drug discovery and development and have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage the full strategic account process and with an understanding of the market in which the CCDC operates. Whilst much of the process can be managed remotely, the candidate must be willing to undertake travel to client sites and professional meetings.
